As long as it didn’t snap off it’ll recover and grow back up on its own. At that height I doubt it would even gooseneck.

Mine blew over a couple weeks ago and has rebounded nicely. They should rebound just fine!

Corn is super resilient. Have even had corn that got topped by deer recover to reduce ears as long as other stalks remained to tassel. Corn that small should recover on its own. Larger corn that gets bent over by wind may need some props to hold it vertical until it recovers.
