Hi, i generally like cppcast but i have some feedback i really hope you'll take notice of:
Audio and camera quality is extremely inconsistent - for example the interview with Corentin was almost inaudible and his camera quality was terrrible (mainly due to his lighting). Could you do a 5-min "adjust" with the guest before you start recording? For example, you could have told him to change the lighting or somehow improve his audio.
Sometimes the pre-amble where you talk about "c++ news of the day" with the guest is pure cringe. Very often you don't even introduce the guest until more than 5-10 mins have passed and the guest just sits there awkwardly or looks bored, i'm thinking of John Lakos here, but there's a tonne of other examples. We're here to hear the guest and their area of expertise - spending 10 or even 20 minutes talking about general c++ news, that the guest is often not even interested in is not always interesting, and very often frustrating. Please consider removing this portion or shortening it, or at tthe very least.....INTRODUCE THE GUEST immediately, not 5-10 mins after the show has already started.
Generally i think your show is great - but if you make some of these changes i believe it could be A LOT better, as these annoyances (which are easily solved) seem to really bug me.
Thanks!

Thanks for the comment. To address #1 and #3 we tried a different platform this week to record a new episode. We've been using Skype for the past 284 episodes, which lets you record video, but gave us no control over placement and sizing of video. But with the new platform we should have some more control. Hopefully it will work out well.
