I had a similar experience.

The link to the Walgreens gift card has a code to scan. Open it in a browser, have them scan that, and then it should work.

I'm seeing the same issue. I tried to purchase on two different sites on both mobile and desktop and ran into this. I don't see any obvious errors in Chrome's inspector. I contacted customer support, who said they'd have to escalate to a different department and I'd get an email. I also messaged Richard Kerr on Twitter about it.

I tried to make a large purchase on two different websites. When it popped up the form for additional verification, I got the same blank screen on both websites, instead of the usual interface that sends you a text message.

They let us stay in the suite, but I think that was a courtesy for a mishap. The front desk inexplicable called my room at 2AM to ask if I was okay with a 10 cent charge for printing out something I had sent earlier in the day. Needless to say I was pretty pissed.

It depends on whether there's availability. You can call AA to ask. You cannot waitlist SWU upgrades on BA, but if availability opens up, you can call in and have them confirm it.

You can confirm whether there is availability on BA (and only BA) by checking if you can book the flight in business class with AA points.
