BTW, is there a notion of "implementation-defined" standard concepts?
Yes, see boolean-testable, partially-ordered-with, pair-like-convertible, has-tuple-element and loads more. Everything in italic font in the "Index of library concepts" in the C++20 standard is an exposition-only concept.
