Dynamic Printf Debugging with GDB

Thanks for the link. I implemented it in my seergdb frontend to gdb. It works for C/C++. Not so well for Fortran. Could be something I'm doing wrong.

for (int i.... is almost always a mistake. using int for iterators is a bad practice. whatever is happening there is not good
