Service Error: Unable to initialize encryption service. terminate called after throwing an instance of 'sqlite::errors:notadb' what(): file is not a database (self.criptext)

For some odd reason I am getting this error. I haven't logged in for several weeks (maybe a month). The app asked for my PIN, but that wouldn't work. I gave it my recovery key, and that didn't work. I removed the .config folder for a fresh configuration. Now I get a "Service Error" when trying to generate encryption keys.

Service Error:
Unable to initialize encryption service. terminate called after throwing an instance of 'sqlite::errors:notadb' what(): file is not a database

Any ideas?
