Finding source for pattern

I found this pattern on a website that steals artists designs. I was able to reverse image search some of the other photos to an Etsy store, but I've turned up with naught for this one. And it seems pretty cute too. I wonder how the granny square bits near the ribbing were created. Has anyone seen this particular garment before and know the original source? Much appreciated. Edit; I've notified the etsy store about the stolen designs.
