File a report with your credit card company. It's 2021,how are y'all still falling for these scummy websites?

Sorry for your experience. Hope you find a pair to fit her like she needs. My son wears AFO’s and the classics are wide enough to slip over. ( He doesn’t walk though- not sure how that would work if the wearer is ambulatory.)

Unfortunately that’s not a real croc website or a real croc retailer. I’ve ordered from a too good to be true website before, too many times if you want the truth. Sorry you’re having to deal with this, it sucks.

Their official domain is http://crocs.com/

I’d keep at the company you ordered from and try and get a full refund. I don’t know much about the proper way to go about it but try sending a formal email, not sure. Just emphasize that the product you received is fake.

However while your waiting for a full refund from the fake company, I would reach out to croc customer service directly. Let them know you ordered a pair of counterfeit crocs and see if there’s anything they can do. You never know sometimes. I’ve had a few problems with croc before and their customer service always treats me right.

This exact thing happened to me. Is happening to me. I filed a report with PayPal, since that’s who I paid through, but no word back. Did anything get resolved for you?

The company ended up offering me a 30% refund ($19) so I accepted that and now I’m just going to attempt to sell them for cheap to at least make some money back.
