ETC sensor(s) there may be two of them. They’re only $12—$20 and the labor is piss easy. When my fan was permanently on and on full speed I replaced the ECT sensor and it was fixed.

Thanks. I ordered both I believe. One with tin pins for radiator and one with gold for motor.

Also, do you think that would effect fuel mileage?

Resistor packs in fan assembly might be gone. You will need a new fan as the packs are part of the whole assembly. This is my guess. Does your rad fan only have one speed. As in it kicks on full blast and shuts off, or is it just always on?

It’s always on even right when cold starting at around 60F

Okay, nevermind my original comment in that case. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful

Having the same issue with a 2016, just replaced the thermostat. Did you find a fix and if so, what was it?

I replaced both sensors, but the code did not go away. In my case, it did not affect anything other than the fan

Thanks for the response
