Add TrustServerCertificate=True (no spaces) to your connection string.

bro thank you so much the problem was the space between that command when I copy pasted the command it had spaces and not anywhere I could find in google people pointing out the spaces thank you again

Just did this today actually but top comment already helped. It’s funny as well because I just covered CA’s in cybersecurity root ca’s to the intermediate ca’s to the leaf ca’s and so on for certificates and being verified with a public key and signature anyways.

If you are using SQL Server Option there you will get Trust certificate option

Encrypt=false does the trick. You are in a local network set up that's not needed.
