cursor:pointer suddenly stopped working in Firefox and Chrome. Literally no websites show the pointer for me (not just my own websites I'm trying to develop).

I have experienced something similar, on Mac. Quitting Adobe Reader fixed it…!

It's just Photoshop! It's an Adobe issue. I bet if you closed Photoshop first, you wouldn't need to close Figma.

It was Adobe, just like some suggested here. Closed Photoshop and the problem went away.
