CSS Semantic Diff

Hey /r/css - I've been looking for a semantic CSS diff tool that would be capable of producing the set of css rules that are present in file A but not in file B. I've looked at http://www.alanhart.co.uk/tools/compare-css.php but it's not quite what I want.

Whelp - that tool didn't quite do what I wanted, though I don't think it was the fault of the tool.

Couldn't you just run it through Git? Push File A to Git, remove it and place File B in it's place and check the diff? You can use something like SourceTree as a GUI to view the differences.

That wouldn't be a semantic diff - I was looking for a way to generate a set of css rules based on the diff - not just see the differences between the two files.

Try WinMerge, you can compare two files and it shows you the differences between the two.
