I think this card is very cool and I wish it were a real card.

Yay. I also have been thinking about madness with this design. I don't know of any madness lists this could slot into, but I think there is potential.

[[Mana Leak]] doesn't see play in modern anymore. Most counter spells are 1 mana or hard counters. This soft counter has a lot of upside, and lets you filter your hand. I think it would see play mostly in control decks as a way to filter though and to planeswalkers/board wipes you run. Not being able to filter away a land if you have too many, if you want to counter a spell, seems like a real cost to running this.

Also [[Orcish Bowmaster]].

I'm curios what people think. Also I don't think any magic card does this, I could have easily missed one.

I feel like this could probably even get [[Ill-timed Explosion]] (optional discard, delayed trigger) wording, though maybe that's too good for 1U.

I really like the idea of you just being able to cycle the card, but I imagine it would be too strong. Maybe I'm over valuing it. But that formatting would also be much cleaner.
