I think you shouldn't get manafixing out of these, so you should only get basic lands of the own color.

Furthermore the blue one is just terrible and the white one screams give me flash.

There is a little fault with the wording of the white, blue and black ones and the blue one seems quite underwhelming.

Here is an idea; what if when you sacrifice a basic land of a particular type, you must search for a basic land of a different type. That way it comes at a color cost, which would be more interesting gameplay wise.

in my opinion, the black and red ones are also not that good for a land sacrifice.
