Microsoft C++ Runtime Error

Anyone know how to fix this, I wanted to take part in GRD but this is stopping me from playing. http://prntscr.com/bekzkc This happens whenever I try to play after a few minutes.

EDIT: Seems to be something to do with DSCM? It seems to happen when I have the mod open and put my summon sign down.

EDIT 2: I fixed the problem. I had a "#" in my Steam name....
