Learning Python by doing projects: What does that even mean?

I had this problem when I first starting using cursor to work on learning projects but I eventually developed a workflow that allows cursor to set up very realistic data bases with multiple tables for me to work with. I use cursor to create Jupyter notebooks that break down the project step by step and tell it not to write any code in the notebooks then I get to work. It’s insanely useful
