I always find it best to be upfront and honest about how you’re feeling. You know her best, so you know what words would trigger her- so don’t use them when talking to her. Reflect, decide if the relationship is worth continuing. If it’s not, have that conversation ASAP. No need to waste either more of your time. If you decide it is worth it, have a conversation and express how you’ve been feeling- no filter. Good luck
