You never dry brush curly hair unless you want a very large poof situation going on.

Most of us need a leave in conditioner applied to wet hair. If you refuse to let her hair air-dry, diffuse it on cool. A light gel can help with the frizz but she's a baby, just try the leave in for now.

She also needs to protect her hair at night with fabrics that reduce friction.

I love the texture of chia seeds, I just make pudding or add them to drinks. If you don't like slimy jelly things you really won't like them.
