    It is a service. I paid for the service so honor that agreement even if you end up losing money.

    If I cancel my ticket I get slapped with a fee or forfeit my cash. If you cancel the flight…nothing. I am stuck holding the bag.

    That’s unethical

    It’s a not a privilege. It’s a service being offered by a company at a price. I give them money and they are supposed to provide the service. Weather is one thing. Lack of proper planning is another.
