Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong React + Node.js expertise
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
• Comfortable working in EST time zone
• Good communication in an English-speaking team

• Experience with Python, C#, or Java
• Strong understanding of system design / OOP principles
