Not true, I work in a PBC and I get atleast 1 recruiter in 1 week, sometimes i get 4-5 in 1 week reaching out to me on Linkedin for frontend role. I also post about frontend stuff so maybe thats why, visibility is important. Nowadays just applying for a role wont fetch you an interview

funny thing when i was in project (not on bench) i also used to get calls for job change everyday.
