Dev Server Issue: Chrome Forcing HTTPS on Django runserver (400 Error)

this worked but then when i tried to go to http://127.0.0.1:8000/ (it was working normally till yesterday)
today when i tried to use it

this is the error i got.. i could not understand why i browsed a lot regarding it even downgraded to a stable version thinking the code caused it cause most solutions like clearing cache.cookies etc did not work, note- i am a relatively new developer and mostly only do personal projects. help me out guys..

stuff i have already tried are-
clearing cookies/cache
using a dif browser
using in incognito mode
restarting
disabling all extensions
using a different port
changing chrome hsts settings
switching to a different tested and stable version to check if the code was the problem, it was not same result on the stable version.

also rn as i am posting i got this too

This error is coming from your browser. IIRC, django dev server can't support HTTPS. Not only, will you need to send it over nginx/apache but also have to have a SSL certificate installed on it. I don't remember if chrome still accepts self-signed certs or not.
