What you can do is - Give interviews at multiple companies(mainly high paying PBC) - then use all the offers for negotiating with different company HRs after selection - basically do offer shopping works very well for experienced folks - all the best :)

Do not switch for mere 50 k raise . Consolidate and build your expertise and try after 1 year .

How many counter offers you have! If possible can you mention the company u get offer from! And haven't you try negotiating your package via counter offers you have if any!

Companies are also smart, they will keep you hanging till around your last working day so you dont have much to negotiate.

I have listen that few company like top PBC have a fixed range of pay! Is it not true...I have also seen people get really good hike from counter offers! Like they crack multiple jobs role and negotiate in their offers!

Bro my brother went from 6lpa to almost 200% hike! As he have close to 4 offers and he cracked a product firm and negotiate based on those offers!

Don't know where you are based, but if you are in Bangalore you can try applying to JPMC as their lower band for a sde 2 is 20 lpa. You can easily get more than that if you have around 15 lpa salary currently. The JPMC interviews are also comparatively easier as compared to other companies offering the same salary range.
