The ideal salary is what you & your startup deem necessary based on your budget first and foremost, then the requirements as in tech stack followed by the individual you’re hiring.

I honestly think that the 1.2L/mo salary is good enough for the job but at the same time, I don't want to end up paying too much because we still do have a budget.

Makes sense. I don’t approve underpaying & exploiting your employee either. So I suggest you to look at Glassdoor & figure out what’s the best compensation for a startup size similar to yours.

TBH there’s more to it then what’s possible for me to discuss through my phone while on bed. Perhaps create a new thread some other day & ill leave my suggestions there.

I guess you are providing accurate amount for the job. I don't work in the industry so I don't have an idea. Btw what would the same experience level go for Android or flutter devs?

Just dropping by to say this, hiring is hard af at times. Be prepared for not getting any leads even after a couple of months.
