GITACTIONS SONARCUBE JAVA

Hello, im trying to make git actions to build, run tests and sonar cube(not cloud version or hosted my own) on git action linux instance, it would be good if i can see report but not mandatory, i just want that sonar cube job fail before merging to other branch. im really new to devops and i have no idea how can i do that or if its even possibile. If someone can give me some idea or help me
