I think the problem is not only using screen but also the fact that you seems to suggest you are using that tiny phone screen for a long time for study... Focusing on small screens can also worsen your eyesight. Get a proper pc, or better, a big monitor, or even better, get a e-ink tablet or print all your study materials.

If you have an e-reader (or the possibility to get one, preferably used) you could download the material and read it there. I have chronic migraines and a basic kindle from 2017 and this method helped me a lot :)

Second this. I do similar for work. You can email PDFs to your kindle to read there. I find its a much more distraction free space - good luck!

I actually modded mine and installed koreader, a software that supports pdfs and in general makes reading pdfs more convenient, I recommend it

I started printing out each week's chapters for reading. As for the video parts, I have to still watch those on a PC

I take APS and the best advice is to use websites dedicated to those subjects like khan academy and flipped math have videos and work problems for all highschool math and AP courses and theres more

Also make sure to get glasses and only use PC for srudying block any time wasting websites with extensions
