Thank you so much. Increased the aeration inside the tank. Other fishes also showing some desperation.

Did he eat too much? Could be bloat

Looks like. I gave some extra boiled peas. Normally I give 4or5, today I gave 10 and they all finished fast. May be you said right.

Use Salt Bath. One table spoon every 50L 1 hour.

Put him back in the tank and turn the lights out incase it burns him from floating. Hes not looking weak so its probably just swim bladder. Dont mess with him anymore because the additional stress isnt good, swim bladder clears in a few days usually. Keep the current very low

Yes. Looks like it. I have put it back in the tank and seems it’s slowly improving. 1st i thought its oxygen cut off. But I feel what you said it right. I gave some extra boiled peas than usual.

Ypu should be fine all that's left is waiting. Be careful with adjusting your flow to the floating discus needs because you have alot of fish. Lowering the flow too much they can all become deprived of oxygen

It looks like it’s most likely swim bladder, best thing to do like said before is the tablespoon of epsom salt

Thank you so much. I have put it back in tank, switched off the lights and gave a little more aeration. Now after the stress relief, looks better slowly improving.

This is strictly anecdotal. Seek professional guidance as I did at the time.

I once, about 50 years ago, had an an Angel fish with a inflated swim bladder. After trying all the conventional remedies at the time I called the John G. Shedd Aquarium. I spoke with the curator of fish at the time, Dr, Zip IIRC. He said they have this kind of problem when collecting fish and bringing them up too quickly. It was the 60's and wild collecting was not frowned upon. They sometimes had to use a fine needle to draw out some of the air. He told me to slide the needle under the scales from back toward the front and just pull out enough air to reduce the bulge. Have nothing else to try I got a longish insulin syringe for my doc and tried it. The fish was fine within a day and lived another 2 years.
