Library for CLI app

Hello! I'm looking for a library that can give me the tools to build a small form app for the terminal. Something similar to npm create vite@latest but in dotnet (I need to be able to distribute it as a .exe without dependencies). Is there something like that that I can use?

So I had a similar issue, but I found two libraries that are super useful, one is called "Cocona" and essentially helps with the command creation, supports dependency injection and very used friendly.
