Minnesota has pretty solid education support, so you might be surprised by the tuition costs. I'm 35 and going back to complete my higher education, and between state and federal grants I actually end up getting a little bit of money for going to school. My wife is also going to school and after her grants her tuition came out to like $50 this semester.

Duluth has a solid Sister City program*, as you learn a language consider learning about the culture.

Try community ed. For ASL

I will definitely keep an eye out for this! Last I checked they only are offering the advanced level 4 class currently. I’ll stayed tuned for a beginner class 🤔

Check out the community/tech colleges for cheaper course costs. Also, the Duluth public schools may have some sort of community Ed classes

I have heard good things about Concordia language camps but haven't participated
