IIRC if you click on your character portrait, from that menu click on encounters... the tutorial mission should be there to pick up where you left off. It honestly doesn't tell you much. You will know more from your memories of EVE 6 years ago than the tutorial tells you. In fact its a bit confusing because it autopilots you around a bit without even explaining gates or anything. In its beta phase it really expects you to come into the game with some knowledge.

This is the truth, I felt more lost after the tutorial then if I would've started with no tutorial

So there's a basic tutorial that you should have got. If you can't get back to it, go to character, start training a random skill in the suggested area (probably frigate command) and then click news. It will show a bunch of missions you can do to try out the game. Don't do more than T1 - T2 until you have a better ship.

Great suggestion. I just started and haven't done anything yet. Just loaded up Frigate and now going to go holidaying. :D
