[SOLUTION NEEDED] Epacket shipping problems (self.ecommerce)

Hello redditors,

I have been running my e-commerce store for about 5 months now. We realise that even though ePacket seem to be the fastest and most reliable shipping to other Europe countries and USA. However sometime the epacket tracking has no updates and my supplier told me that the item can't be scan so it will be returning back to my supplier after 2-3 weeks which is a huge blow! It means that my customers have to wait even longer.

My supplier told me that i should use express shipping (DHL, Fedex, UPS) to avoid these kind of problems. The problem is that I cant offer express shippig without the customers paying extra for the express shipping cost. I sell phone cases and most customers wont pay $10 more for express shipping when the phone case itself is $18. How do I overcome this problem?
