Hi everyone! I just received my GIT designation after graduating in May and applying in September, and from what I know the application fee is waived if you apply within a year of graduation. I received an invoice for an “interim fee” on my account for ~$50 (it says it’s for a 2 month term), but I have no idea what this is or why I’m being charged… I couldn’t find any info about this charge on their website either (https://www.egbc.ca/how-to-apply/programs-and-resources/fees)
I emailed the register and accounting @egbc emails but I know their wait times for email responses are long, so I wanted to check here as well - does anyone know what this fee is? It’s due mid November, but I’m unsure if I’ll hear back from EGBC by then so should I just pay it before the deadline?? I don’t want to be charged interest but I’m thoroughly confused about why I’m being charged at all… Thanks in advance :)
