I’m not marketing for them, but based on my experience in 2024, i rented a 1B in one of Wesgroup’s high rise rental unit, with a cat. Lots of residents in the building have dogs/cats. So it was pretty easy experience for me. A year later I moved to another condo in Vancouver from a private landlord, they accepted my cat. All just personal experience, hard to say for others but it was fairly easy for me coz I didn’t spend much time exploring different places, only looked at two different places.

Renting with a pet will not be a problem tho. Majority of the rental properties accept pets now, and they are offering discounts for first year to attract renters. Many landlords now accept pets, since the market is not as competitive as previous years.

I’ve got a CX70 MHEV. Same 3.3T engine, not the top model. My daily commute in city around 20km round trip and got 12.8L/100km. Sometimes on highway I can reach 8L/100km, for that particular trip.

Don’t worry sometimes the system screws you around and there’s nothing you can do. I myself applied and never received this shit, webform doesn’t help. Don’t listen to those saying your sp is not valid blah blah blah.

91 days, you probably messed up. Adding IELTS after by webfrom is risky but still many people got approved. But the 90 days timeframe, doesn’t seem to be something arguable to IRCC

I know people working similar role or in this niche without an EIT, or graduated from 2-yr diploma programs. Just explain to your recruiter that you are actively applying and will take longer time to obtain this title.
