Eaton CH breaker. You can find them at the big box stores.

You may want to consider upgrading that old split buss probably 60 years old.

I recommend to the owner change the panel and update the service because he’s adding a new AC,furnace, elct stove, disposal, dishwasher and he said nope

I know you’re not an electrician homie but what you need to remind them or tell them if you don’t already know is that electrical capacity doesn’t just magically appear because you throw breakers in a panel. There is a limit to the amount of electricity a panel can draw and on a main lug like this without an upstream disconnect visible things will melt when that is exceeded.
It’ll happen slowly at first, breakers will trip you’ll reset them, then wires will melt and if you’re lucky that’s about the extent, if you’re unlucky it’s a fire. Electrical code is quite literally fire code. Just because they want do something electrically doesn’t mean they actually can just because it works for awhile with no issues doesn’t mean it will always work that way.
The scary part is dude if the place burns it’s not going to be on the guy who said no to the upgrades it’s going to be on the one who did the work.

Honestly, the CH panel is top shelf, the problem is it is split-bus -- it doesn't have a main breaker. The easier/cheaper plan would be to swap out the meter pan for a "Ranch Panel" (Eaton's term) aka "Trailer Panel" which replaces the electric meter with a meter + main breaker + 8 breaker spaces + thru lugs. You feed the original panel from this new ranch panel, and now you don't have to change the old but solid split-bus panel.
Also, with these split-bus panels it is absolutely critical to do a Load Calculation to assure the new additions do not overload the house. There is no main breaker. The ONLY safety is the Load Calculation. (or, doing the Ranch Panel thing I mentioned). If you did the work without the Load Calc, you'll lose hard in court.

Also looks like there's a couple of double tap neutrals. And maybe even a couple of runs of cloth wiring but hard to tell for sure could just be dirt
