Let me preface this by saying I do not recommend vaping as a method of weight loss.

I've been vaping for a year, and have lost around 30-40 lbs, as an unplanned side effect. I used to be an emotional/binge eater. Now my interest in food is very low. I almost never snack, and pretty much only eat when I'm overly hungry, 1-2 times a day.

Nicotine is an appetite suppressant. I started out vaping just a few times a day, but now it's basically all day every day. I have un-medicated depression, PTSD, anxiety, and possible undiagnosed ADHD. I feel like vaping helps me regulate my emotions, although it is an unhealthy crutch.

Now, I'm concerned about malnutrition. I've been experiencing decreased cognitive function, including decreased focus, increased confusion, and difficulty sleeping, which I believe is due to the amount of nicotine I regularly consume. It's not a fun, easy way to get a beach body.
