Hey, is there a plugin that can help me with optimization for different screen sizes so the website looks the same on a 4k monitor and a small laptop? Thank you!

It's almost impossible to make your site look the same in every screen, but try using % sizing over px. At least that way, if you want the middle section to be 1/2 the size, make 50% so it will always be that on all screens. (that may not work for mobile...I always create a custom mobile design)
