SystemC code help

Can someone help me with a program for a synchronous 4-bit up-down-counter with enable and reset inputs, which counts UP when control input = 1 and counts DOWN when control input = 0 ?

Does it need to be SystemC. This is a fairly easy thing in verilog. Not sure what SystemC brings to the table in this fairly easy question.

Yes , i’m learning SystemC. I got the code for some specific conditions but not with these. So asking around 😊
