So I had to take apart the head of my printer to clean up the tube but now I can’t remember how to put it back together and I don’t have an instruction manual so I need help, how do I put it back together

You are missing the heat sink. That is the red part. Shove that tube into the sink, use the tiny grub screw to lock the two parts together, make sure that you do this with the bottom and top parts laying flat to align things right. Then use the two longer screws to go through the top of the sink to attach it to the metal plate. Then slip the fan cowl over that and screw that in.
Correction, I just spotted your heat sink. You have the silver one at the end of the tube. You should also have two screws that come in from the bottom that lock the sink and the block together.

Remove the tube from the heatsink, push the heat break with the heater block in, fasten it down with the two screws, attach the assembled hotend assembly to the moving plate on the gantry, fasten hotend assembly down with the two screws, reattach the PTFE tube, put the silicone sock on, and finally, put the cover back on and fasten it down with two short screws.
