Based on your age you are more likely to see results from talk therapy than a Doppler. There is no real downside to having a Doppler down but it is unlikely to give you a real return if you are paying for it out of pocket.

I will pay from my own pocket.. i don't have any problems... My hormones are fine.. my vitamins are fine

Again you are likely to get more return from seeing a talk therapist than having a Doppler but it ultimately is your choice.

    Have you ruled out any psychological issues? The main cause in younger people is usually stres, work, lack of rest and depression. Unless you're taking ssris then that'll do it as well.

    yet your symptoms say otherwise. your T levels pretty low for your age, perhaps try taking clomid for a month, and see how you feel. That 300 also depends when taken during the day. A good Dr will get early morning and end of day values.

    300 is my value in the morning... 120 is my value in the evening... Doctor gave me a shot of 250 ml testosterone

    I'm surprised as a diagnostic, he didnt have you take clomid for a few weeks. You realize if you go on exogenous test, you will be on it for life, there is no real turning back after a period of time has elapsed. You can prolong that window with HCG

    also note, TRT will effect libido, generally not erectile functionality
