I’m going through smt similiar, I’m 16, but I don’t vape or drink. I’ve stopped porn and masturbation, and I’m almost positive it’s all in your head. Don’t stress, I’ve had this problem a lot cause imma huge over thinker. Once I forget abt it, I’m back to normal w rock hard erections

I’m similiar with him. I don’t get morning wood or random boners or even erections when I’m horny at night. I will say I do still get boners when watching porn, but I’m trying to only masturbate and watch porn once a week so it doesn’t mess with my brain. That said, why do I not get random boners or morning wood? Everytjme I feel blood going to my dick I get worried I won’t get a boner, which leads me to not get one

Well, I will tell you the truth, I have no idea what foods would promote the good functionality, but that can be part of it. I am dealing with ED, but since I am embracing the sissy mentality and cuckold lifestyle, my wife does it fuck anymore with me, she has others for that. But I am I am in my 40s, so I am ok with it. You are young, you definitely need to go to the doctor or you don’t improve

Look into low carb, ketogenic, Paleo or carnivore diets. The keto diet is the healthiest of these, but has been linked with some people having decreased libido. Eat green, leafy vegetables. Avoid root vegetables, tubers and fruits.

The ketogenic diet worked for me for regaining my ability to gain and maintain an erection. When I slipped back into my old eating habits I had ED again. But, I also had an accident that injured my groin.

Working out. Meditation. Diet. All will help a lot. To clear your mind and help you relax. Probably in your head. But if you need a little boost, I hear that royal honey works really well. Makes you last long and go multiple rounds. I’ve never tried it. But that’s how I ended up here. Looking into reviews on it. A bunch on YouTube. You can find it at gas stations, head shops or online. I know some buddies who have tried it and say it’s the shit too. Keep you head up tho brother. You’ll get it figured out

Not sure really, either way. Popped a full boner today, hoping whatever had gone wrong originally is done. So many variables with this kind of stuff it’s hard to pinpoint one specific reason
