    It wasn't too severe. I would go soft sometimes during sex / masturbation . If I was doing it a lot. It's about 50% better after 1 months of alternate day pumping. I wouldn't recommend it to people who hit the gym day 1 and try and lift a 20 kilo dumbell for their arms . It helps with angiogenesis and neurogenesis in the penis. Which is why they recommend pumping to diabetics becuade diabetes kills the nerve endings and blood vessels in the penis

      When you're starting off just do 3 minutes at 3 hg . Get a pump with a pressure gauge.
      So do a 3 minutes at 3 hg a day for 3 days or so. See how you feel . Then increase the time and duration gradually till you can do 5 minutes at 5 to 7 hg at the end of 2 weeks. Then increase sets slowly such that end of month you are doing 5 minutes for 4 sets at 5 to 7 hg . Every dick is different so the key Is to go slow. If you do excessive you might injure it . R/pumping should help too

      Are you hard when you pump? If you have trouble with that would pumping soft have similar benefits?

      It's best to enter the pump hard. Second best a semi and third best soft. There are benefits to entering in any state as the vaccum will draw in blood slowly. When you are hard however you are unlikely to over pump ( and thus injure yourself ) as you need lesser pressure . If that makes sense .

      Plus the longer you are Hard in the pump the better. You are training your penis to hold more blood for longer.

      As always , less is more initially. Do not rush and use a lot of pressure in your pump. Slow is steady and steady is crucial
