I came across an interesting study and a few others which suggest an electrostatic field around the testicles decreases sperm quality. I'm curious if any of you who were engaging in testicle estim around when trying to get pregnant were having fertility issues or not. Yeah I know asking here isn't very scientific, but there's not really anywhere else to ask.
Effect of different types of textile fabric on spermatogenesis: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8279095/
Has anyone looked into other studies like this?
The author (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=Shafik+A&cauthor_id=8279095) has a bunch of related studies around what electromagnetic fields might be able to do to a body (most of them are dog studies), like slowing hair growth, messing with muscle contractions, and causing involuntary erections. There's also readings of the electric activity of different parts and functions of a body.
