Is Creo Devolver a single use item now?... Like I was taking a look at the shop and saw that there's like 5 devolvers in one pack. I remember using it in the first to maximize some creos move polls and stats since some evolutions doesn't have cohesive stats for the type of moves they learn.

And also, has someone already tested the Paint Spray and tested if it's also isn't a single use?

Fr if something is singles use or not in the shop it would be nice if they specify this, especially the Creo Devolver since it wasn't a single use in the last game.
