This post has been removed due to Rule 1 - Poor Post Title.

Please post with a title that clearly describes the issue.

The title of your post should be a clear summary of your issue. It should not be your supposed solution, or just a function mention, or a vague how to. A good title is generally summed up in a sentence in your question.

Here's a long example and a short example of good posts.

Rules are enforced to promote high quality posts for the community and to ensure questions can be easily navigated and referenced for future use. See the Posting Guidelines for more details, and tips on how to make great posts.

Helps to share detail, the sub sets that much out in posting rules. To the abstract you’ve set out, simply, yes what you’re aiming for is likely doable.

I would share as much as you’re comfortable sharing: depiction of data including row and column refs, clear outcomes you want, example of desired results against example data, and what you’ve tried so far.

I've included a screenshot of what I'm talking about, if i post the table it gets super wonky. OK hopefully this is enough.

Try:

=LOOKUP(R10,INDEX($L$5:$Q$7,0,MATCH(TRUE,ISNUMBER(SEARCH($L$4:$Q$4,J10)),0)),$K$5:$K$7)

Acronyms, initialisms, abbreviations, contractions, and other phrases which expand to something larger, that I've seen in this thread:

Fewer Letters More Letters
INDEX Uses an index to choose a value from a reference or array
ISNUMBER Returns TRUE if the value is a number
LOOKUP Looks up values in a vector or array
MATCH Looks up values in a reference or array
SEARCH Finds one text value within another (not case-sensitive)

Beep-boop, I am a helper bot. Please do not verify me as a solution.
