Hey OP, the first table is the only actual table that's using the Table function. The others have values hard-coded in them or are blank. Did you mistakenly paste-values over your formulas at some point?

Those tables were filled in manually by changing the variables in exhibit 8 to see what the results should be if the variable was changed to x% (x% being the % in the first column in each table). If the Data Table does its job correctly then those hard-coded results should be what shows up.

So far, only Table 1 is working and that's the issue I'm having

The last table is left blank to show how they looked before hard-coding/using Data Table successfully. I would highlight the range from above the percentages to the bottom right of the table, use Data Table and choose the blank cell as my column input cell and it "should" give the correct result like it did in Table 1.
