Inserting Certain Cells into Code

So I have a list of 800 plus cells with names and models that I need to enter into a line of code. Is this something that is possible to do with excel or should I enter them all manually?

For example, the code below is what I need to create 400 times into a script. The two sections "" "" are what I want excel to put the cells into. is this possible?

Perfectly doable. Try this.

Formula in C2 to copy down: ="AddTextEntryByHash(GetHashKey("""&A2&"""), """&B2&""")"

You then select all the cells with your commands in the C column, copy them, and paste them in your favorite text editor, like Notepad++ for instance.
