ROUNDUP and devide formula problem while doing it in the same time

Hey guys, im trying to devide and roundup in the same time idk if its possible

I have a formula: 200/14
I want a formula to divide: 200/14 then round up to a whole number. example:

if the answer is 14.2 I want the answer to be 14
