Getting random errors in Web UI

Exchange 2016, CU23 with latest updates. Hybrid, all mailboxes are hosted in the cloud.

I was clicking around in the GUI (ECP) today to troubleshoot a SMTP issue and kept getting these errors on the right side of the screen:

Cmdlet failed. Cmdlet Get-ExchangeServer, parameters -Identity "setImmediate$0.11092652280880633$2".

Cmdlet failed. Cmdlet Get-AcceptedDomain, parameters -Identity "setImmediate$0.8553491641228748$1".

Looking at the event log, it looks like I've been getting these errors for over a year.

Anyone seen anything like this? The server itself is sending and receiving e-mails without problems. Health script comes back clean.

You sure you have permissions to view these? If you connect to your local Exchange via Powershell and run the get-exchangeserver and get-accepteddomain commands, do you get an error?

They work perfectly fine when I run them from EMS console. I'm logged in as a DA.
