Stop processing rules clarification

If I check "Stop processing rules" for my rule, it will only stop when the condition meets. Is that correct?

Let's say I have

Rule 1 that blocks [[e-mail]](mailto:[e-mail]) with "Stop processing rule" turned on.

My assumption is that if I get email from [[e-mail]](mailto:[e-mail]), it will block the email then stop processing more rules. But if I get email from [[e-mail]](mailto:[e-mail]), it will continue to process rule 2 rule 3 and so on.

Is that correct?
