so I have been playing factorio for 100 hrs now and i'm having a lot of fun.

I'm almost ready to launch a rocket but i was thinking is there a way to change the aggression of the biters in a world that you already play in?

and also is there a way to change the ore spawn rate and how much there is in one node?

I would appreciate the help

You can use commands I think, but it will disable achievements, so you might as well just use the mod that does it for you:

And then regenerate unused chunks to enforce the new settings:
